48-Hour Replacement Policy

We take immense pride in the quality of our products. Because we stand behind our craftsmanship, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, for our customers’ peace of mind, we provide a 48-hour (2-day) replacement facility.

Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The purse was received in a damaged condition.

• The wrong item was delivered.

• There is a visible manufacturing defect.

Replacement is NOT Valid if:

• The complaint is made after the 48-hour window.

• The purse has been used.

• The product has scratches, stains, folds, or damage to the stitching/zipper caused by usage.

• The reason is simply a change of mind regarding color, design, or size.

• The item was purchased during a Sale / Discount (if previously specified).

Terms & Conditions

• The purse must be in unused condition.

• Original packaging, tags, and invoice are mandatory.

• Clear photos or a video of the product defect must be provided.
